Graphite with high flexibility

Natural graphite flakes are subjected to a heat treatment process and expanded to form flocks which are then rolled into foils 0.2 to 2 mm thick and up to 1500 mm wide, or compressed into sheets and special forms. This form of graphite is free from binding agents and is particularly pure. The surface is smooth and has a high reflection factor. The material is easy to punch and cut and can also be processed in narrow radii. In air, foil is oxidation-resistant up to 400°C and impermeable to gases and liquids.

The purity of the graphite ensures an unusually high chemical resistance. We process films and plates in thicknesses of 0.2 to 2 mm and widths of up to 1500 mm. For our customers in the sealing industry, the most common dimensions are available from stock.
