CFC cylinders

Graphite Materials uses lightweight and stable CFC for thin-walled cylinders with a large diameter. This enables us to achieve wall thicknesses of 3 to 12 millimeters with diameters of 300 to 1,500 millimeters. The latter diameter is achieved by designing the cylinder as a polygon. Our CFC cylinders are typically used as heat shields (susceptors) to protect against radiant heat and heating elements, and as support structures for insulation.
