Environmental protection in the company is becoming increasingly important. We too pay attention to sustainability and have already taken measures in many areas to keep our consumption of resources as low as possible.
For example, we pay attention to sensible waste recycling: we use reusable wooden crates for all large shipments – clean cardboard boxes are chopped up and made into cushioning pads that we can use again for packaging. We also use plastic bags made from recycled material, tape made from paper and corn flips instead of Styrofoam. Graphite residues are ground to 100% as raw material in graphite mills.
In production, we use waste heat from compressors and extractors to recover heat. Our electricity comes 100% from hydropower.
Furthermore, we promote company bicycles and use homeoffice more frequently, which saves several tonnes of CO2.
